Gluten-Free Tea Cake

Requirements:
 
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened strong brewed tea
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 small glass (tea glass) coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 small glass (tea glass) raisins
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Cooking Instruction:
 
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer.
  • For the remaining mixing steps, use a suitable mixer or spatula without the mixer.
  • First, add the gluten-free flour, then the baking powder, and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice; mix well.
  • Add the tea, then the olive oil, and mix again.
  • Add the coarsely chopped walnuts and the floured raisins.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
  • Place small pieces of butter cut into tiny bits on top of the cake.
  • Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven.
