Gluten-Free Tea Cake
Requirements:
4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup unsweetened strong brewed tea
2 cups gluten-free flour
1 packet baking powder
1 small glass (tea glass) coarsely chopped walnuts
1 small glass (tea glass) raisins
1 tablespoon butter
Cooking Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer.
For the remaining mixing steps, use a suitable mixer or spatula without the mixer.
First, add the gluten-free flour, then the baking powder, and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice; mix well.
Add the tea, then the olive oil, and mix again.
Add the coarsely chopped walnuts and the floured raisins.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
Place small pieces of butter cut into tiny bits on top of the cake.
Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
