TURKISH TEA COMPANY ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

As Turkish Tea Company, we prioritize making our operations accessible to everyone who wishes to access our products and services, especially users with disabilities and the elderly. We value accessibility policies created by organizations as important for ensuring equality and fair participation in society.
Especially to make our products and website "user-friendly," we take various measures. We are determined to continue our efforts to achieve the goals we have set to improve these.
A. Our Accessibility Obligations Framework:
1. As Turkish Tea Company, we operate with the awareness that we are obliged to ensure accessibility at the level required by applicable legislation, including primarily the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, Law No. 5378 on Disabled Persons, and Law No. 6701 on the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey, as well as international agreements to which Turkey is a party.
2. We comply with the principles and decisions announced by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Family and Social Services of Turkey, and the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey.
B. Our Level of Compliance with Accessibility Obligations:
1. To enhance accessibility in our company’s operations, we have established an "Accessibility Advisory Committee" within our organization. Through this committee, we define accessibility goals and obligations.
2. We provide training on accessibility to our company employees and maintain communication with our suppliers to develop new models for improving accessibility.
3. We regularly conduct accessibility tests and scans on our website. The website infrastructure we use imposes certain limitations on accessibility; however, we aim to overcome these constraints in the future by using alternative methods. Specifically, we review potential restrictions in areas such as keyboard navigation, color contrast, visual alternatives, form accessibility, video accessibility, dynamic content, PDF documents, headings, page titles, screen reader compatibility, B2B content, live support, and plugins.
4. We collect and evaluate feedback from our users.
C. Our Accessibility Goals and Efforts:
1. We aim to comply with the 31 principles included in the "Accessibility Checklist for Websites and Mobile Applications - Level A," recently announced by the Ministry of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Turkey. Within this framework, we continue to implement administrative and technical measures according to the schedule determined by our company.
2. Based on the evaluations of our company's Accessibility Advisory Committee regarding the accessibility status of all our products and services, we aim to make improvements to our products.
